Ingredient: 1- Galangal
2- Red and green fresh chili
3- Garlic
4- Fingerroot
5- Lemongrass stalk
6- Shallot
7- Kaffir lime leave
8- Orange
9- Kaffir lime
10- Lime
11- Passion fruit
12- Lotus seed
13- Ice cube
14- Leadtree
Spicy dressing:
1- Garlic
2- Red and green fresh chili
3- Coriander
4- Palm sugar
5- Salt
6- Fish sauce
How to make:
1- Mix together with galangal red and green chili garlic fingerroot lemongrass shallot
kaffir lime leave orange kaffir lime fruit lime passion fruit and squeeze and keep aside.
2- Chop fish meat and place inside container and strain sour water from step 1 over fish in container
and keep 10 minutes and place ice cube.
3- Take out fish in container and place on plate and then add fresh shallot and chili and leadtree and deep fry lotus seed.
and then top up spicy dressing over it.
